Real stories of some of the greatest bands of the 60's 70's & 80's
Today's episode has the legendary music director and program director Jeff Carrol who tells us funny stories about record reps and Bruce Springsteen, taking David Gilmour of Pink Floyd in a hot air balloon ride and then driving the Pink Floyd blimp over the city of San Antonio.
Jeff took the band Jesus Jones out water skiing in Austin's Lake Travis and the band members got so hammered that when they got back they couldn't play the competitors concert that night.
LA Lloyd and Jeff tell us about why they received gold or platinum albums and what is their favorite ones. Very funny all the way through.
